Description
We expect cafe assistants to be involved in all aspects of our traveler's cafe, from preparing quality beverages to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our international guests. Your role includes learning barista skills, assisting with food preparation, managing the cash register, and engaging with customers from around the world. This position requires someone with excellent hospitality skills who can maintain high standards even during busy periods. You'll also participate in special events hosted at the cafe, including music nights and cultural exchanges. Strong English communication skills are essential as you'll be handling orders and inquiries from international travelers. We're seeking someone who is passionate about coffee culture, has a friendly demeanor, and is eager to contribute to our cafe's reputation as a community hub in the heart of Mcleodganj.
