We expect farm helpers to participate in all aspects of our organic farm, from planting and harvesting to maintaining gardens and learning sustainable agricultural practices. Your role is to support our farming operations while gaining hands-on experience in mountain agriculture techniques. This includes working with local crops, understanding irrigation systems, and participating in community farming initiatives. Strong physical fitness is required as the work involves being outdoors in various weather conditions. We're seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about sustainable farming.
